Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi Celebrations Fill Streets Across Bangladesh
Bangladesh observed Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi today, Wednesday. Millions took part in Jashne Julus across the country. These grand processions were held in Dhaka, Chattogram, and many other areas.
People of all ages joined the celebrations. Many walked on foot for long distances. Others rode in decorated trucks, pickup vans, and autorickshaws. They came together to show their devotion.
Participants recited religious songs known as hamd and naat. Many chanted ‘takbir’ and ‘durood sharif’. They also engaged in zikr, remembering Allah. The air was filled with their sincere prayers.
