An Israeli air strike hit Gaza City on Tuesday. The attack killed one person and wounded several others. Emergency workers confirmed this. This strike happened in the Tuffah neighborhood. It comes a year after a ceasefire agreement.

A four-year-old boy, Osama Ahmed Abed, died in central Gaza. He died from injuries received three weeks ago. Wafa news agency reported his death. This brings the number of Palestinians killed in Gaza to over 74,382 since October 7, 2023.

Gaza’s Civil Defence agency voiced deep concern. They spoke about the forced movement of people. This happens near the “Yellow Line.” This line marks where Israeli troops pulled back. It was part of the October 2025 ceasefire. The agency said Israeli forces caused large explosions and uncontrolled shooting. These actions damaged hundreds of tents for displaced people. They also weakened homes already hit. The agency asked for quick help. They want to stop this war against civilians.

Nearly two-thirds of Gaza is now under Israeli military control. Access to these areas is also restricted. The “Yellow Line” was part of a peace plan. This plan by former US President Donald Trump aimed to end the war. It was meant for Israeli forces to pull back. However, Israeli forces have taken more land instead.

This was reported by the Palestinian Ministry of Health. Two journalists were among the injured. Khaled Mattawa works for Palestine TV. A sound bomb wounded his hand. Firas Lutfi reports for Sky News Arabia. He was hit in the leg by metal pieces. Wafa news agency shared these details.

Israeli forces also entered offices of several Palestinian aid groups. They also entered the courtyard of the Palestine Medical Complex. Human rights lawyer Muhammad Dahleh said Israel uses laws to close Palestinian rights groups. He said Israel calls them “terrorist organizations.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke in a video. He said Israel is preparing. He fears Palestinian Authority forces might attack Israel in the West Bank. He stated there will be no Arab army west of the Jordan River. He said only the Israeli military will be there. Mr. Netanyahu added that Israel will extend its control across the West Bank.
