Nearly 1.9 Million Students Get SSC Exam Results Today
The results for the 2026 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations are out today, Monday. Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon will officially publish the results. He will do this at 10:00 am. The event will take place at the ministry’s conference room. Chairmen from all education boards will give the results to the minister.
Students can check their results in several ways. They can use the education boards’ websites. Results will also be available at their schools. Another option is to use an SMS service.
To check online, visit the official education board website, educationboardresults.gov.bd. Select “SSC/Dakhil” from the Examination option. Then choose the examination year, which is 2026. Select your education board. Enter your roll number and registration number carefully. Solve the small math problem, like 3+5. Then click the Submit button.
Students can also get results through SMS. For SSC exams, type SSC. Then add a space. Write the first three letters of your board’s name. Add another space. Type your roll number. Add one more space. Write 2026. Send this message to 16140. For example, send “SSC DHA 123456 2026” to 16140. Your result will arrive in a reply message.
Madrasah students can pre-register by SMS. Type Dakhil. Then add a space. Write the first three letters of your board’s name. Add a space. Type your roll number. Add one more space. Write 2026. Send this message to 16222. For technical students, type SSC. Then add a space. Write the first three letters of your board’s name. Add a space. Type your roll number. Add one more space. Write 2026. Send this message to 16222.
Students can collect their results from their own schools. The education boards, the Ministry of Education, or newspaper offices will not provide individual results. Schools can download institution-based results from the education board website by entering their EIIN number.
The 2026 SSC and equivalent examinations began on April 21. Theoretical exams continued until May 20. Practical examinations were held from June 7 to June 14. A total of 1,857,344 candidates took part in these exams. They came from 11 education boards across the country. There were 930,305 boys and 927,039 girls among the candidates.
